 My faith is the most important thing to me, and God kept putting me in situations where I could see others' struggles and how they turned into failures.  

After a decade working for career development teams, a college degree in communication, and three decades of professional experience, I knew it was time to leap, and Speaking Up with Wendy Baird Packard was created.
